It has a collector-emitter voltage rating of -60 V, a continuous collector current of -1 A, and a peak collector current of -2 A. The device features three current gain selections, with the BC52-10PA-Q variant offering a DC current gain (hFE) of 63 to 160 at -2 V collector-emitter voltage and -150 mA collector current. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 and operates with a junction temperature range of -55 °C to 150 °C.
