Newport MKS Fluorescence Filter Set, ODiate®, GFP Fluorophore OD8-FFS2010

Description
The OD8-FF2010 ODiate® Fluorescence Filter Set has been designed for excellent epi-fluorescence imaging of GFP and similar fluorophores. The filter set includes one Excitation Filter, one Dichroic Beamsplitter, and one Emission Filter. ODiate Fluorescence Filters are manufactured with a dense sputtering process to meet the highest demands for fluorescence and microscopy applications including exceptionally high passband transmission, maximized out-of-band blocking ≥ OD8, extremely steep slopes, and spectral specifications illuminating fluorescence chemistries to provide maximum image brightness. Alternate Fluorophores In addition to GFB the following fluorophores are also compatible with this set: 5-FAM, Abberior STAR GREEN, Azami Green, Azami Green (monomeric), BCECF@pH5.2, BCECF@pH5.5, C3-Oxacyanine, Calcein, CF 450, CF 488A, CFP2, Coumarin 6, Cy®2, DiO, Emerald, FITC, Fluo-4, Fluorescein (0.1M NaOH), Fluorescein (IgG), HCS CellMask Green, LysoSensor Green, mAzamiGreen, mEmerald, mHoneydew, MitoSpy Green FM, MitoTracker® Green FM, mWasabi, NBD, NBD-X, NeuroTrace® 500/525 Green Fluorescent Nissl Stain (RNA), PromoFluor-488, PromoFluor-488 Premium, PS-CFP2, sgGFP, SYBR® Green I, SYTO® 13, SYTO® 16, SYTO® 9, TagGFP, TagGFP2, TurboGFP, WEGFP (post-activation), YO-PRO®-1, YOYO®-1. Optimized Coatings and Engineering Expertise Newport pushed the boundaries with the introduction of our ODiate Fluorescence Filter Sets, to allow customers to fully optimize their system performance. Our expert engineering team has been involved from the first stage of design to ensure that we exceed your requirements and continues through the entire process of continual production deliveries. Environmental Stability and Physical Durability The coating systems used to produce ODiate filters use a dense sputtering process to provide robust environmental reliability to meet the highest demands for thin-film coatings. The resulting highly durable coatings meet or exceed testing procedures including humidity, thermal shock, adhesion, chemical resistance, and moderate abrasion per U.S. Military and international standards.
