Newport MKS Fluorescence Filter Set, ODiate®, DAPI Fluorophore OD8-FFS2005

The OD8-FF2005 ODiate® Fluorescence Filter Set has been designed for excellent epi-fluorescence imaging of DAPI and similar fluorophores. The filter set includes a Excitation Filter, a Dichroic Beamsplitter, and a Emission Filter. ODiate Fluorescence Filters are manufactured with a dense sputtering process to meet the highest demands for fluorescence and microscopy applications including exceptionally high passband transmission, maximized out-of-band blocking ≥ OD8, extremely steep slopes, and spectral specifications illuminating fluorescence chemistries to provide maximum image brightness. Alternate Fluorophores In addition to DAPI the following fluorophores are also compatible with this set: Alexa Fluor® 350, AMCA, ATTO 390, CF350, EBFP, Brilliant Violet 421™, HCS CellMask Blue, Hoechst® 33258, Marina Blue®, Pacific Blue, PromoFluor-350, PromoFluor-370LSS, sgBFP, Spectrum Blue, TagBFP, Vybrant® DyeCycle Violet.
