The OD8-EM629-52-B Emission Filter is specified for emission of mCherry / TexasRed and supports similar alternative fluorophores, designed in conjunction with OD8-EX565-59-B and OD8-DCL596-D . The filter is manufactured to provide maximum signal and sensitivity delivering exceptionally high passband transmission ≥ 96% avg for 629 nm CWL and 52 nm FWHM and enhanced blocking ≥ OD10 avg over the corresponding excitation passband.
