TThe IDL280-600LM Industrial Grade Linear Motor Stage offers a 600 mm travel range with, 50 nm minimum incremental motion and a 2000 mm/s top speed. This robust 280 mm wide industrial-grade linear stage is designed specifically for laser material processing applications requiring high precision, high throughput and high reliability. The high-efficiency, non-contact, ironless linear motor offers fast motion and speed stability and a 1500 N load capacity. Additional industrial environment features include a hard top cover, flexible side bands and air purge. The driver module is required for use with an XPS-D or XPS-RLD motion controller.
