The FCR100 is a precision rotary stage with a built-in iPP™ intelligent stepper motor controller, enabling plug-and-play operation via USB or RS-422 without an external driver. It offers continuous 360° rotation, a minimum incremental motion of 0.00025°, and a maximum speed of 20°/s. The stage uses crossed roller bearings and a ground worm gear with a 1:200 ratio for high position accuracy and torque output. Guaranteed bi-directional repeatability is 0.012° or ±0.006°, absolute accuracy is 0.04° or ±0.02°, and wobble is 50 µrad or ±25 µrad. It supports daisy-chaining up to four units via RS-422, has a maximum torque of 0.5 Nm, and a maximum inertia load of 0.1 kg·m². The aluminum body measures 115 mm × 88 mm × 84 mm, and compliance with ASME B5.57 and ISO 230-2 standards is guaranteed. Power supply and cables are sold separately.
The FCR100 rotation stage combines a fully integrated stepper motor controller (iPP™ technology) and precision rotation stage in a small footprint. Similar to the CONEX™ series for DC motor, the FCR100 comes fully pre-configured and enables true out-of-box control. The iPP™ technology used in the FC series completely eliminates controller or driver set up, allowing users to simply connect USB communication, plug in the power supply and start the motion GUI. Power supply and USB cable to be ordered separately. Features of the FCR100 includes: robust construction of crossed roller bearing for high position accuracy and the stepper motor directly attached to the worm screw providing high output torque. Up to 4 FC series units can be daisy-chained and controlled by a single GUI, via USB or direct RS-422 interface.
