The uPG2163T5N is GaAs MMIC SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) switch which was developed for 2.4 GHz and 6 GHz dual-band wireless LAN. This device can operate frequency from 2.4 GHz band and 6 GHz band, with low insertion loss and high isolation.
This device is housed in a 6-pin plastic TSON (Thin Small Out-line Non-leaded) package. And this package is suitable for high-density surface mounting.
