The µPA1722 is an N-channel power MOSFET designed for DC/DC converters and power management in notebook computers, housed in a Power SOP8 package measuring 6.0 mm × 4.4 mm with a 1.27 mm lead pitch. It has a drain-to-source voltage rating of 30 V, a continuous drain current of ±9 A, and a maximum power dissipation of 2.0 W when mounted on a 1200 mm² ceramic substrate. The device features low on-resistance of 21.0 mΩ max at VGS = 10 V and 4.5 A, an input capacitance of 980 pF typ, and a built-in gate-source ESD protection diode. It meets the Standard quality grade for industrial use and is RoHS compliant.
