The PS7160L-2A-E3-A is a solid state relay with two normally open single-pole channels, integrating GaAs LEDs and MOS FETs for analog signal switching. It features a surface-mount 8-pin DIP package, 600 V output breakdown voltage, and continuous load current of 90 mA per channel. Designed for AC/DC switching, it operates with an LED drive current as low as 2 mA and supports an operating ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is Pb-free, certified under UL, BSI, and CSA safety standards, and packaged in embossed tape reels of 1,000 pieces.
