The PS7141E-2A-A is an 8-pin DIP solid state relay with two normally open channels, each containing a GaAs LED input and MOS FET output for AC/DC switching. It features a 400 V breakdown voltage, 100 mA continuous load current per channel, 1500 Vr.m.s. isolation voltage, and operates with an LED drive current of 5 to 20 mA. The device is Pb-free and UL approved under File No. E72422. It is designed for analog signal control with low offset and high linearity, suitable for measurement and FA/OA equipment.
