RXC101 is a highly integrated, low-power RF receiver designed for operation in the unlicensed 315/433/868/915 MHz frequency bands. It features a zero-IF architecture and supports multiple channels, with 95 channels in the 315/433 MHz bands, 190 channels in the 868 MHz band, and 285 channels in the 915 MHz band. The device can operate in two modes: Microcontroller mode, requiring a generic 10MHz crystal and a microcontroller, and Standalone mode, which allows for complete operation without a microcontroller. Key specifications include a high sensitivity of -112 dBm, a low RX current of approximately 8 mA, and a wide operating supply voltage range of 2.2 to 5.4V. The RXC101 supports FSK modulation with a data rate of up to 256 kbps and includes features such as an integrated crystal oscillator, clock recovery, and a standard SPI interface.
