The MPIM450M112TG5 is a half-bridge IGBT module rated for 1200 V collector-emitter voltage and 450 A continuous collector current, designed for motor drives, electric vehicles, and renewable energy conversion. It features a copper base with Al2O3 substrates, 10 μs short-circuit withstand capability, and a compact module design. The module has a baseplate-to-heatsink creepage distance of 14.5 mm and clearance of 12.5 mm, with an isolation voltage of 2500 V AC RMS for 1 minute. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 52 °C/kW for the IGBT and 86 °C/kW for the diode. Maximum junction temperature is 150 °C.
