Pumpable materials are designed for pumping into voids caused by deteriorated insulation, and grouting cracks and gaps in refractory linings. Pumpable products are ideal for providing quick and easy re-insulation behind boiler tubes in sidewalls, seals and floors as well as repairs of ovens, furnaces and process equipment.

These pumpable products are quick and easy to install with one of our HS-100 Extrusion Pump or A0-25 Caulking Gun Kit.
Versatile moldable putties are excellent solutions for patching refractory cracks, penetration seals, and metal stud protection. Moldables are ready-to-use, 1100°C/2000°F to 1300°C/2400°F products. They feature excellent strength, low fired shrinkage and the Superwool Moldable product produces a non-wetting to aluminium insulating product with sticky consistency.

These air-setting cement products are used for bonding insulating materials to themselves or other refractory products. They feature a use limit up to 1245°C/2300°F.
