Thermal Ceramics Insulating Fire Bricks (IFB)

Description
Thermal Ceramics is proud to announce the launch of its new global IFB product range, incorporating its market leading JM®, K & TJM brands of Insulating Fire Brick (IFB). Thermal Ceramics is the number 1 producer of IFB in the World, and offers; the widest geographical manufacturing base the most extensive range of manufacturing techniques the most complete range of IFB products the widest network of global distribution the largest & most experienced team dedicated to IFB technical support in the industry As part of Thermal Ceramics' continuous commitment to offering the most advanced range of insulation technologies to its customers, we resolved to review our IFB product range with the objective of reorienting our offering in the most efficient and accessible way to serve our global customers. IFB holds a unique position within our portfolio of high temperature insulation products, in that it offers a unique combination of insulating properties with load bearing ability. IFBs are particularly suited to applications above 1000°C, where their thermal conductivity is as low as fibre based products (in some cases lower), but with structural integrity capable of dealing with erosive and abrasive environments. In order that our customers' ensure they are achieving the most energy efficient and cost effective service lives possible with our IFB products, it is important for us that they understand that not all IFBs are the same. Different manufacturing methods for IFBs produce products with differing structure & chemistry, which in turn deliver different performance characteristics. Thermal Ceramics maintains the most complete range of manufacturing methods available, at our facilities in Augusta (USA), Casal (Italy) & Yixing (China) and so offers the most complete range of IFB products on the market today.
