The PSS50SA2F6 is a 600V / 50A three-phase DC/AC inverter module with built-in drive, protection, and temperature sensing circuits, designed for AC 400V class motor control. It features a transfer-molding insulated package with N-side IGBT open emitter and includes bootstrap diodes with integrated 16-24 Ω current-limiting resistors. The module operates with a case temperature range of -30°C to +125°C and supports a junction temperature up to 150°C. It has 2500 Vrms isolation between pins and the heat sink, and meets UL1557 File E80276. Thermal resistance is 0.88 K/W for IGBTs and 1.78 K/W for free-wheeling diodes per 1/6 module. Input interface supports 3-5V logic with Schmitt trigger, and fault output is open-drain. Control supply voltages are 13.5-16.5 V for main and 13.0-18.5 V for bootstrap.
