Mitsubishi Corporation Transistors PSS25S73FT

The PSS25S73FT is a 1200V, 25A insulated 3-phase inverter module for low-power motor control up to 800V DC. It integrates drive circuits, under-voltage and short-circuit protection, and fault signaling for N-side IGBTs with open emitter. Built-in bootstrap diodes include 16-24Ω current-limiting resistors. The module has a 23mm × 18mm transfer-molded insulated package with a case temperature rating up to 125°C. It supports 3-5V Schmitt-trigger inputs, provides an analog temperature output, and meets UL 1557 standards. Isolation voltage is 2500 Vrms. Junction temperature ranges from -30°C to 175°C. Thermal resistance is 1.10 K/W for IGBTs and 1.80 K/W for diodes per 1/6 module. Maximum PWM frequency is 20 kHz. Mounting torque for M3 screws is 0.59-0.98 N·m, and weight is 21g.
