The PSS15NC1FT is a transfer-molded, insulated DIPIPM module integrating a 15A/1200V three-phase inverter and a 15A three-phase converter for AC400V motor drive applications. It features built-in drive circuits, short-circuit protection for the N-side IGBTs via external shunt resistor, under-voltage protection for both P- and N-side supplies, and a temperature-sensing analog output (VOT). The module is packaged in a 31.7 mm × 60.7 mm outline, operates with a case temperature range of -30°C to +110°C, and supports an isolation voltage of 2500 V rms. It meets UL1557 standards, is rated for junction temperatures up to 150°C, and requires a 13.5-16.5 V control supply for the inverter driver. Thermal resistance is 1.45 K/W for the inverter IGBT per 1/6 module and 1.30 K/W for the converter diode per 1/6 module. Input logic is 5V high-active, and fault output is open-drain with programmable pulse width via CFO capacitor.
