The 2EDN7434F is a dual-channel low-side gate driver IC with 4 A peak source and sink current capability, designed for fast-switching applications such as switch-mode power supplies and synchronous rectification. It is available in an 8-pin DSO package and features active output voltage clamping, -12 V input robustness, and 4 V undervoltage lockout. The device has a typical propagation delay of 19 ns with a spread of +6/-4 ns, a 1.8 µs output start-up time, and a 500 ns shutdown time. It is fully qualified for industrial applications according to JEDEC standards and operates with a supply voltage range of 4.5 V to 20 V. All inputs are compatible with LV-TTL levels and include a 0.9 V hysteresis. The output stages have a typical sourcing resistance of 1.0 Ω and sinking resistance of 0.8 Ω.
