The PSS05MC1FT is a CIB-type Integrated Power Module (IPM) combining a 3-phase inverter, 3-phase converter, and brake circuit for AC400V three-phase motor inverter drives. It is housed in a transfer-molded insulated package and rated for 5A continuous and 10A peak collector current per IGBT at 1200V collector-emitter voltage. The inverter and brake IGBTs have a junction temperature range of -30°C to +150°C, with a maximum case temperature of 110°C. Junction-to-case thermal resistance is 1.90 K/W for IGBTs and 2.50 K/W for freewheeling diodes. The module includes integrated drive, under-voltage protection, short-circuit detection via external shunt, temperature monitoring via analog output, and a 5V high-active logic input interface. It is UL Recognized under UL1557 File E323585 and supports 2500 Vrms isolation between terminals and heat sink.
