The inverter and brake sections each handle 650 V collector-emitter voltage and 50 A continuous current, with 240 W total power dissipation at 25°C. Junction temperature operates from -20°C to +150°C, and case temperature from -20°C to +125°C. Electrical isolation is 2500 V RMS. Junction-to-case thermal resistance is 0.52 K/W for IGBTs and 0.88 K/W for diodes. Fault output, under-voltage, and short-circuit protections are included. It meets UL 1557 and RoHS 2011/65/EU and (EU)2015/863 standards. Mounting torque is 2.5-3.5 N·m for M5 screws and 1.5-2.0 N·m for M4 terminals.
