The PM300CG1C065 is an insulated intelligent power module designed for general-purpose inverter and servo drive applications. Junction-to-case thermal resistance is 0.12 K/W for the IGBT and 0.19 K/W for the diode per element. Internal protections include over-temperature, short-circuit, and under-voltage detection with error signal outputs.
