Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. Power IGBT Transistor CM75MXA-34SA

The CM75MXA-34SA is a CIB (Converter+Inverter+Chopper Brake) IGBT module for high-power switching applications such as AC motor and motion control. It features a flat base with a copper base plate and tin-plated pin terminals, and is RoHS compliant. The module has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 1700 V, a continuous collector current of 75 A for the inverter section and 50 A for the brake section, and a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C for the inverter and 150 °C for the converter. It is rated for 4000 V isolation between terminals and base plate, and operates with a junction temperature range of -40 °C to +150 °C. The package is insulated with a flat base and is recognized under UL1557, File E323585.
