Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. Power IGBT Transistor CM200TX-24T

The CM200TX-24T is a sixpack IGBT module designed for high-power switching applications such as AC motor control and servo systems. It features a flat base with a nickel-plated copper base plate, tin-plated solder terminals, and a compact outline measuring 16.4 mm terminal-to-terminal and 18.5 mm terminal-to-base plate. The module is rated for a collector-emitter voltage of 1200 V, continuous collector current of 200 A, and maximum junction temperature of 175 °C. Total power dissipation is 1040 W at 25 °C case temperature. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 144 K/kW for the IGBT and 228 K/kW for the freewheeling diode. The module complies with the RoHS directive and is UL recognized under UL1557, File No. E323585.
