The CM150DY-34T is a dual-switch insulated IGBT module for high-power switching in motor control and power supplies. It has a flat base with nickel-plated terminals and a mass of 155 g. Rated at 1700 V collector-emitter voltage and 150 A continuous collector current, it operates with a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C. Total power dissipation is 1865 W at TC=25 °C. Junction-to-case thermal resistance is 80.3 K/kW for the IGBT and 115.5 K/kW for the diode. Mounting torque is 2.5-3.5 N·m for M5 main terminals and 3.5-4.5 N·m for M6 heat sink screws. Creepage and clearance from terminals to base plate are 21.1 mm and 16.7 mm. The module complies with RoHS 2011/65/EU and is UL recognized under UL1557, File No. E323585.
