The ADE-1L+ is an RF mixer designed for applications in cellular and instrumentation systems, operating over a frequency range of 2 to 500 MHz. It features a low conversion loss of 5.2 dB typical and excellent LO-RF isolation of 55 dB typical, making it suitable for high-performance applications. The device is housed in a low-profile surface mount package and is compliant with RoHS standards. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to 85¬8C, with a storage temperature range of -55¬8C to 100¬8C. It can handle an RF power of up to 50 mW and an IF current of 40 mA. The ADE-1L+ is also aqueous washable and is protected by US patent 6,133,525. The product is available in tape and reel packaging, facilitating easy integration into automated assembly processes.
