DME Mini-Gate Mate Nozzle Assemblies (GMB) are ideal for fast cycling, multi-cavity molds. A compact design permits shorter overall stack-up of the "A" side mold plates. Available with either a square coil heater or a cast-in heater, Mini Gate-Mate Nozzles feature a thermocouple placement that provides better heater control. The product's overall body design is proven to provide better thermal insulation. Recommended system temperature/pressure upper limits: - Standard (point tip) = 480 °F (249 °C) - Wear-resistant (point tip) = 635 °F (335 °C) - For processing temperatures over 575 °F (302 °C), "High-Performance" heaters are recommended.
