This compact unit was designed to provide maximum tramp metal protection for low volume injection molding operations. The two powerful Rare Earth tubes that come standard in our JIT Clean Flow offer twice as much protection as similar units that only come with a single tube.
The JIT Clean Flow offers a versatile flange design that allows for multiple mounting as well as inlet and outlet opening options to meet the requirements of your application. Once mounted on your plastic molding machine, the clear polycarbonate door allows you to monitor resin flow and see any tramp metal collected on the tubes. The door features a custom gasket and spring loaded knobs for easy tube cleaning and leak-free operation.
