Available in-stock in lengths ranging from 1-3/4" to 18-3/4", D-M-E Straight Guide Pins undergo rigorous quality assurance and control measures to provide the consistency and reliability that have made D-M-E the hallmark of mold technology products. Non-standard straight guide pins are available on special order, as are grooved guide pins.

Available in-stock in lengths ranging from 1-3/4" to 11-3/4", D-M-E Straight Guide Pins undergo rigorous quality assurance and control measures to provide the consistency and reliability that have made D-M-E the hallmark of mold technology products. Non-standard shoulder guide pins are available on special order, as are grooved guide pins.

The D-M-E Guided Ejection System, when properly installed, holds the ejector assembly in alignment and supports the weight of the ejector assembly throughout the entire machine cycle. This greatly reduces wear on ejection components and prevents possible cocking of the ejector plates. It is recommended that a minimum of four Guided Ejection Guide Pins and Bushings be installed.
