DME Company Gate Mate Nozzles & Components Gate-Mate™ 4 Nozzle Assembly

Description
DME Gate-Mate 4 Nozzles are proven performers for fast-cycling, multi-cavity molds and thin-walled parts. A compact design permits closer center-to-center distances for use in smaller molds, and increased cavitation in larger molds. Thermocouple placement provides better heater control, and the overall nozzle design improves thermal insulation. Like all Gate-Mate components, the heaters, thermocouples and tips are all replaceable. Gate-Mate 4 Nozzles are available in three versions: a complete assembly with standard tip; a sub-assembly with tip ordered separately; and a sub-assembly with front-load heater that includes integral thermocouples. Medium Gate Mate is the single-drop bushing version of the Gate-Mate 4 Nozzles (Gate Mate 4 Nozzles are used strictly under a hot runner manifold). The nozzle tips used in a Gate Mate 4 nozzle are the same as used in a Medium Gate Mate bushing. Please refer to the Catalog page for more details. Recommended system temperature/pressure upper limits: - Standard (point, super-sharp point and through-hole) = 480 °F (249 °C) - Wear-resistant (point, super-sharp point and through-hole tip) = 575 °F (302 °C) - 20 KSI system pressure max.
