Mid-Mountain manufactures ARMATEX® Q Refractory Coated Fabrics and Tapes, comprised of varying substrates impregnated with a proprietary refractory compound that greatly enhances the temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance of the fabric. Designed primarily for use as high-temperature resistant seals, curtains, and blankets, ARMATEX® Q Coated Fabrics are used in a wide range of industries for heat resistant applications, as well as applications where chemical and abrasion resistance are required. ARMATEX® Q Coated Q-Tape is excellent for use in the Aluminum industry as bottom, side and top seals on aluminum reduction cell hoods, shields and doors.
