Microsemi Corp. IGBT Modules APTLGL325A1208G

The APTLGL325A1208G is an intelligent power module designed for motor control, uninterruptible power supplies, switched mode power supplies, and amplifiers. It features a 1200 V collector-emitter voltage rating and can handle 325 A continuous collector current at a case temperature of 80°C. The device integrates Trench + Field Stop IGBT 4 technology with low switching losses and soft-recovery diodes, alongside a built-in driver with isolated DC/DC conversion, input interlock, and 5 V logic-level Schmitt-trigger inputs. It operates with a single 5 V supply and internally generates auxiliary 15 V and -6 V rails. The module has a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.1 °C/W for the IGBT and 0.17 °C/W for the diode, supports direct heatsink mounting, and offers galvanic isolation of 2500 V RMS between primary and secondary. It is RoHS compliant and meets AEC-Q100 qualifications for the optocoupler.
