Microsemi Corp. IGBT Modules APTGTQ200A65T3G

The APTGTQ200A65T3G is a high-speed IGBT power module designed for welding converters, switched mode power supplies, uninterruptible power supplies, and motor control applications. It features a 650 V collector-emitter voltage rating, continuous collector current of 200 A at 25°C case temperature, and a maximum pulsed collector current of 400 A. The module has a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.31 °C/W for the IGBT and 0.35 °C/W for the diode, a low profile, and direct mounting capability to a heatsink. It includes an integrated NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring and an internal gate resistor of 1.25 Ω. The package is isolated, solderable, and RoHS compliant with a weight of 110 g. It meets the RoHS standard and supports switching frequencies up to 100 kHz.
