Microsemi Corp. IGBT Modules APTGT75H60T1G

The APTGT75H60T1G is a full-bridge IGBT power module designed for welding converters, switched mode power supplies, uninterruptible power supplies, and motor control applications. It features trench + field stop IGBT3 technology with a 600 V collector-emitter voltage rating and 75 A continuous collector current at 80°C case temperature. The module includes low stray inductance, soft recovery parallel diodes, and an integrated NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring. It has a direct-mount isolated package with a weight of 80 g, a maximum mounting torque of 3 N·m for M4 screws, and a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.60°C/W for the IGBT. The device supports switching frequencies up to 20 kHz, operates with a junction temperature range of -40°C to 175°C, and meets RoHS compliance. Each leg can be paralleled to double current capability, and the pins 3 and 4 must be shorted together.
