Microsemi Corp. IGBT Modules APTGT75H120TG

The APTGT75H120TG is a full-bridge IGBT power module with 1200 V collector-emitter voltage rating and 75 A continuous collector current at 80°C case temperature, designed for welding converters, switched mode power supplies, and motor control applications. It features Fast Trench + Field Stop IGBT3 technology with a maximum switching frequency of 20 kHz, Kelvin emitter for easy drive, and integrated NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring. The module is packaged in an SP4 case with direct heatsink mounting capability, 4000 V RMS isolation, and a thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.35°C/W for the IGBT and 0.58°C/W for the diode. It is RoHS compliant and rated for a junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
