Microsemi Corp. IGBT Modules APTGT75DA60T1G

The APTGT75DA60T1G is a power module integrating a Trench + Field Stop IGBT3 and parallel diode for use in AC/DC motor control, switched mode power supplies, and power factor correction. It is housed in an SP1 package with a mass of 80 g and supports direct heatsink mounting. The device has a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 600 V, continuous collector current of 75 A at 80°C case temperature, and maximum power dissipation of 250 W. It operates with a junction temperature range of -40°C to 175°C and features a built-in NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring. The module is rated for 4000 V RMS isolation, RoHS compliant, and supports switching frequencies up to 20 kHz. It is RBSOA and SCSOA rated with low switching losses, low thermal resistance (0.60°C/W junction-to-case for the IGBT), and soft-recovery diodes.
