APTGT30A170T1G is a phase leg IGBT power module for welding, SMPS, UPS, and motor control, with a 1700 V collector-emitter voltage and 30 A continuous current at 80°C. It uses trench + field stop IGBT3 technology, supports switching up to 20 kHz, and has low tail current and soft-recovery diodes. Mounting is direct to heatsink with 0.60°C/W junction-to-case thermal resistance for the IGBT, and 0.70°C/W for the diode. The module includes an internal NTC thermistor with 50 kΩ resistance at 25°C, 4000 V RMS isolation, and solderable terminals for PCB assembly. Diodes conduct 50 A DC with 1.8 V forward voltage. Operating junction temperature ranges from -40°C to 150°C. Package weight is 80 g and mounting torque is 2-3 N·m. RoHS compliant.
