APTGT100DA60T1G is a power module integrating a trench and field stop IGBT3 and soft recovery diode for applications such as AC/DC motor control and power factor correction. It is rated for 600 V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and 100 A continuous collector current at 80°C case temperature. The package supports direct heatsink mounting with 4000 V AC isolation and has a low junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.44°C/W for the IGBT and 0.77°C/W for the diode. It includes an integrated NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring and is RoHS compliant. The module operates with a maximum case temperature of 100°C and a junction temperature range of -40°C to 175°C. Switching frequencies up to 20 kHz are supported, and it meets RBSOA and SCSOA ratings. Mounting torque for M4 screws ranges from 2 to 3 N·m, and the package weighs 80 g.
