APTGL325A120D3G is a phase leg power module featuring Trench + Field Stop IGBT4 technology for applications such as welding converters, switched mode power supplies, uninterruptible power supplies, and motor control. It features a collector-emitter voltage rating of 1200 V, continuous collector current of 325 A at 80°C, and a blocking voltage of 1200 V. The module includes Kelvin emitter for simplified drive, low junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.10 °C/W for the IGBT, and direct mounting capability to a heatsink with an isolated package. It has M6 power connectors and supports a maximum operating junction temperature of 175°C.
