APTGL120TA120TPG is a triple-phase IGBT power module designed for high-frequency applications such as welding converters, switched-mode power supplies, and motor control. It features Trench + Field Stop IGBT4 technology with a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 1200 V and a continuous collector current rating of 120 A at 80°C case temperature. The module includes Kelvin emitter terminals, low stray inductance, and internal NTC thermistors for temperature monitoring. It is packaged in an SP6-P isolated package with solderable terminals, suitable for direct heatsink mounting, and weighs 250 g. The device has a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.29°C/W for the IGBT, a 4000 V RMS isolation voltage, and operates with a junction temperature range of -40°C to 175°C. It is RoHS compliant and rated for reverse bias and short circuit safe operating areas.
