The APT54GA60B is a 600V high-speed PT IGBT in a TO-247 package, designed for high-efficiency switching applications. It supports a continuous collector current of 96 A at 25°C and 54 A at 100°C, with a gate-emitter voltage limit of ±30 V. The collector-emitter on-voltage is 2.0 V to 2.5 V at 32 A and 25°C, and the gate-emitter threshold voltage is 3.0 V to 6.0 V. Total gate charge is 158 nC, with input, output, and reverse transfer capacitances of 4130 pF, 350 pF, and 45 pF. Junction-to-case thermal resistance is 0.3 °C/W, and the device weighs 5.9 g. It is RoHS compliant and meets a switching safe operating area of 161 A at 600 V at 150°C. The TO-247 package requires a mounting torque of 10 in·lbf.
