Microsemi Corp. IGBT Modules APT40GP90JDQ2

The APT40GP90JDQ2 is a power IGBT module with an integrated ultrafast soft-recovery anti-parallel diode, designed for high-frequency switchmode power supplies. It is packaged in an SOT-227 (ISOTOP®) case, measuring 31.5 mm by 25.2 mm with a height of 4.8 mm. The device is rated for a collector-emitter voltage of 900 V, continuous collector current of 64 A at 25°C and 27 A at 110°C, and total power dissipation of 284 W. It features a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.44 °C/W for the IGBT and 1.1 °C/W for the diode, and supports an operating junction temperature range from -55°C to 150°C. The module is UL recognized and provides 2500 V RMS isolation between terminals and the mounting base.
