APT15GT120BRG is a 1200V IGBT transistor in a TO-247 package, designed for high-frequency switching up to 50 kHz with low forward voltage drop and ultra-low leakage current. It has a continuous collector current rating of 36 A at 25°C and 18 A at 110°C, with a peak pulsed current of 45 A at 150°C. The device supports a maximum power dissipation of 250 W and operates with a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. It features RBSOA and SCSOA rated safe operating areas, a gate threshold voltage of 4.5 to 6.5 V, and a gate-emitter plateau voltage of 10 V.
