The ZL30153 Synchronous Ethernet Network Synchronizer, part of Microsemi's ClockCenter platform is a highly integrated device that provides all of the functionality that is required for a central timing card in carrier grade network equipment. The ZL30153 efficiently handles all synchronization, wander and jitter filtering and clock rate translations required for a synchronous 10GBASE-W/10GBASE-R system. The programmable digital PLL synchronizes to any clock rate from 1 Hz to 750 MHz. The ZL30153 includes 2 programmable synthesizers that can generate any clock rate from 1Hz to 750 MHz supporting Ethernet clock rates and all OTN clock rates. The highly integrated solution allows the transmission of SyncE over OTN channel without the need for additional rate conversion PLLs.
