The device is USB-IF certified and supports USB Link Power Management and Battery Charger revision 1.2 on downstream ports. This IC includes an internal hub feature controller that enables USB to I²C/SPI/UART/I¬=S/GPIO bridge endpoint support and advanced multi-port system policy management. It operates at speeds of up to 5 Gbps and is optimized for low-power operation.
