The USB2223-NU-02 is a 4th generation USB 2.0 flash media controller designed for interfacing various flash media types, including SmartMedia, xD Picture Card, Memory Stick, Secure Digital, and Compact Flash. It supports simultaneous operation of multiple devices, although only one device from specific groups can be active at a time. The controller features on-chip hardware for high-speed Memory Stick and MS PRO, as well as 1-bit ECC correction for efficient data handling. This product includes integrated power FETs to minimize external components and is USB Bus Power Certified, operating at 3.3 volts with 5V input tolerance.
