The TC4427AVMF713 is a dual non-inverting MOSFET driver capable of delivering a peak output current of 1.5A. It operates within a wide input supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and can drive capacitive loads of up to 1000pF in approximately 25ns. The device features short delay times of around 30ns, ensuring efficient switching performance. It has low supply current consumption, drawing 1mA with a logic '1' input and 100µA with a logic '0' input. The output impedance is typically 7Oc, which helps maintain the intended state of the MOSFET during operation. The TC4427AVMF713 is designed to be latch-up resistant, capable of withstanding reverse currents of up to 0.5A without damage. It can tolerate negative input voltages up to 5V and is protected against electrostatic discharge (ESD) up to 2kV.
