The SY88773VMI-TR is a low-power limiting post amplifier designed for fiber optic receivers, capable of operating at data rates up to 3.2Gbps. The device provides low noise 50,Ѷ CML data outputs with an output swing of 800mVPP, 60ps edge rates, and typical random and deterministic jitter values of 5ps (RMS) and 15ps (PP), respectively. This amplifier operates from a single power supply of either 3.3V ¬±10% or 5V ¬±10% and is rated for an industrial temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C.
