The SG3548DW is a power supply controller designed to monitor multiple DC supply voltages and the AC line for fault conditions. It can simultaneously monitor four positive DC voltages and one negative DC voltage using an on-chip inverting op-amp. The fault tolerance window is programmable from ¬±5% to ¬±40%, allowing for flexibility in application requirements. The device features a precision 2.5V reference with a low drift of ¬±1%, and it provides fault outputs for overvoltage and undervoltage conditions, as well as for the AC line. The SG3548DW operates within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 40V and includes a fault delay that can be set with a single external capacitor to prevent false triggering from noise. It also incorporates a comparator with 30mV hysteresis to avoid oscillations. The device is available in a 16-pin small outline wide body package and is compliant with RoHS standards.
