The antenna exhibits a low Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) of less than 1.9 at the center frequency, ensuring efficient performance. Constructed to be weatherized and rugged, the RN-SMA-RA is resistant to damage and suitable for use with both plastic and metal enclosures, although a proximity ground plane is required for plastic enclosures.
