The PD70201 is an integrated Powered Device (PD) Interface and PWM controllers for a DC-DC converter used in IEEE 802.3at Type 2 applications. The PD70201 can be used for IEEE 802.3af, IEEE 802.3at applications. A single PD70201 can be used in 4-pair applications which consumes up to 47.7W.
